Tucked in a quiet, community-focused enclave of Tarzana, this modern Mediterranean-inspired home is a serene retreat built with intention. MLR Development drew from the natural beauty of coastal landscapes to craft a home that feels both grounded and elevated, where organic textures, artisanal materials, and flowing architecture come together in harmony.

Every element was thoughtfully considered, from the hand-finished stone and warm wood tones to the layout that encourages connection. Two chef-caliber kitchens and a walk-in refrigeration room reflect a dedication to both luxury and livability. A full wellness center, including a gym, steam room, and sauna, anchors the home's focus on balance and well-being.

Outside, the design continues to unfold. An infinity-edge pool with floating daybeds, a sculptural spa, and a sunken firepit lounge invite relaxation, while mature landscaping and a bonsai garden offer quiet moments of pause. A basketball court with a pickleball net and a private soccer field bring a sense of play to the everyday.

This project is a true expression of modern resort-style living, crafted with natural materials, thoughtful details, and a timeless sensibility that defines MLR Development.
